Shipping and Returns

You can return any unwanted items except for custom printed items within 30 days of purchase.

Returned items should be in good condition.

Please, send us an email to returns@caramelwraps.com explaining the reason for your return and we will reply with a return address.

If items are defective or wrong, we will refund the cost of the items plus S@H both ways.

If items are not defective or wrong the refund will be for the price of the items only.
